How much tea is in one pack?

Each individual pouch contains 30g of premium loose-leaf Sencha. This is enough for approximately 10–15 brewing sessions, depending on your preferred strength.

Why do you use 30g pouches instead of bulk bags?

Freshness is everything for high-quality green tea. By using modular 30g pouches, we ensure that you only open a small amount at a time. The rest stays vacuum-sealed and protected from light and air, keeping every cup as vibrant as the first.

How does the pricing and subscription work?

We offer flexible, tiered pricing. You can purchase our Sencha in 1, 3, or 6-packs to stock up. If you want to lock in your daily fuel, choose our Subscription option to get 15% off every order. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

Do I need special equipment to brew this?

No, but temperature matters. Never use boiling water, as it will burn the delicate leaves and make the tea bitter. Aim for 160°F - 175°F (70°C - 80°C) and steep for 1-2 minutes.

How should I store my tea?

Keep your unopened pouches in a cool, dark place. Once opened, we recommend keeping the tea in its original light-shielding pouch, tightly sealed, and consuming it within a few weeks for maximum flavor.

How does Local Delivery work?

We offer Free Local Delivery within Red Deer every Tuesday. Just place your order by Monday midnight, and we’ll bring your fresh batch of focus straight to your door.

When will my order ship and do you ship across Canada?

Yes, we ship nationwide across Canada! All orders are packaged and sent from our facility in Alberta. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
